March is Women's History Month!

In the 1960’s jobs where categorized by sex with the higher paying jobs for males only. Women with full time jobs earned an average of 59-64 cents for every dollar males earned via same job. Thank goodness for the Equal Pay Act in 1964 ! Women now make just as, or even more then men. Yes, we have come a long way ladies! So what are you doing to change your environment, financial situation or better yet, the world?
